Presentazione del corso / Course presentation:

Corso aggiornato ai requisiti previsti dal nuovo Accordo Stato Regioni 2025.

L’art. 37 del D.Lgs. 81/08 prevede che il Datore di lavoro provveda alla formazione di tutti i lavoratori, secondo i contenuti e la durata previsti dall’Accordo Stato Regioni del 17/04/2025.

In particolare, l’Accordo Stato Regioni prevede che la formazione sulla sicurezza dei lavoratori abbia durata variabile in funzione del settore di appartenenza dell’azienda e sia composta da un modulo di carattere “generale” e un modulo di carattere "specifico". Per tutti i settori la formazione “generale” ha durata di 4 ore e si pone l’obiettivo di formare i lavoratori in merito ai concetti generali di prevenzione e sicurezza sul lavoro.

Il presente corso risponde alla necessità formativa prevista per il modulo di formazione sulla sicurezza per lavoratori di carattere "generale".

Per completare il percorso formativo previsto dall’Accordo Stato Regioni sancito il 17/04/2025, tutti i lavoratori necessitano di una formazione aggiuntiva, ad integrazione di questo Corso di Formazione Online in E-Learning, specifica e declinata in funzione dei rischi e delle mansioni svolte in azienda.

Nel caso di lavoratori appartenenti ad aziende a rischio basso tale formazione può essere erogata in modalità e-learning.

Course updated to meet the requirements of the new “Accordo Stato Regioni 2025”.

Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 requires the Employer to provide training to all workers, in accordance with the content and duration established by the State–Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025.

In particular, the State–Regions Agreement establishes that workers’ health and safety training must vary in duration depending on the company’s sector and must consist of a “general” module and a “specific” module. For all sectors, the “general” training lasts 4 hours and aims to educate workers on the general concepts of prevention and occupational health and safety.

This course meets the training requirement established for the “general” health and safety training module for workers. In order to complete the training program required by the State–Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025, all workers must receive additional training, supplementing this Online E-Learning Training Course, specifically tailored to the risks and job duties carried out within the company.

In the case of workers employed in low-risk companies, this training may be delivered in e-learning mode.

Obiettivi / Objectives:

Il corso online in ELearning “Sicurezza Lavoratori in inglese - Parte Generale” fornisce gli elementi formativi di carattere generale a tutti i lavoratori, con particolare riguardo agli aspetti relativi ai concetti di rischio e organizzazione della prevenzione in azienda, in conformità alle richieste dell'art. 37 del D. Lgs. 81/08 e dell'Accordo Stato Regioni sulla formazione in materia di Salute e Sicurezza del 17/4/2025.

The online eLearning course “Safety Workers’ – General Part” provides general training elements to all workers, with particular focus on aspects related to the concepts of risk and the organization of prevention within the company, in accordance with the requirements of Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the State-Regions Agreement on training in Health and Safety dated 17/04/2025.

Verifica dell'apprendimento / Learning Assessment:

Dopo aver completato la visione di tutti i moduli del corso on line in ELearning, come previsto dall’Accordo Stato Regioni del 17/4/2025, si accede al test di valutazione finale strutturato con almeno 30 domande. Per superarlo, è necessario rispondere correttamente ad almeno il 70% delle domande, in caso contrario è obbligatorio rivedere i moduli in cui si trattano le domande alle quali sono state date risposte errate e quindi effettuare nuovamente il test finale. Ogni volta che si effettua il test finale le domande sono diverse in quanto estratte casualmente dall'archivio.

I risultati delle verifiche di apprendimento saranno riportati nel “Documento di Avvenuta Formazione” rilasciato al termine del corso.

After completing all the modules of the ELearning online course, as required by the “Accordo Stato Regioni” 2025, participants will take a final assessment test consisting of at least 30 multiple-choice questions. In order to pass the test, at least 70% of the questions must be answered correctly, otherwise participants will be required to review the modules dealing with the questions that were answered incorrectly before retaking the final test. Each time the final test is taken, the questions are different as they are randomly extracted from our archive.

The results of the learning assessments will be reported in the "Training Completion Document" issued at the end of the course.

Valutazione del gradimento / Evaluation of satisfaction

Come previsto dal punto 1.5 della parte IV dell’Accordo Stato Regioni 2025, ai partecipanti sarà richiesto di esprimere la loro valutazione sulla qualità del corso per mezzo di un questionario di valutazione del gradimento. I dati e le informazioni raccolti vengono analizzati al fine di individuare quali sono i processi che presentano criticità e le aree di miglioramento su cui intervenire.

As required by Point 1.5 of Part IV of the “Accordo Stato-Regioni” 2025, participants will be asked to express their assessment of the quality of the course by means of a satisfaction questionnaire. The data and information collected will be analysed in order to identify which processes are critical and areas for improvement on which to intervene.

Attestato di frequenza e "Documento di avvenuta formazione" / Attendance Certificate and Training Event Document

Al termine di tutti moduli previsti del corso online “Sicurezza Lavoratori in inglese - Parte Generale” è possibile scaricare l'attestato di frequenza ed il “Documento di avvenuta formazione” personalizzato rilasciato da Vega Formazione S.r.l., organismo accreditato presso la Regione Veneto per la formazione continua.

L’attestato rilasciato, come previsto dall’Accordo Stato Regioni 2025, ha validità su tutto il territorio nazionale.

After completing all the modules of the E-Learning course “Safety Workers’ - General part”, it will be possible to download the certificate of attendance and the Training Event Document (with the Italian acronym of DAF, that is “Documento di Avvenuta Formazione”), issued and customised by Vega Formazione S.r.l., a body accredited by the Veneto Region for continuous training.

The certificate issued, as provided by the “Accordo Stato Regioni 2025”, is valid throughout Italy.

Il docente del corso online in elearning “Sicurezza Lavoratori in inglese - Parte Generale”, qualificato come formatore sulla sicurezza del lavoro ai sensi del D.I. 6/3/2013, è l’Ing. Maurizio Barbiero, laureato in ingegneria della sicurezza con il massimo dei voti, svolge attività di consulente e docente in materia di salute e sicurezza del lavoro. Si occupa di valutazione dei rischi di agenti chimici, cancerogeni, biologici e fisici, oltre che della progettazione e sviluppo del materiale didattico di attività formative in materia di salute e sicurezza del lavoro.

The instructor of the e-learning course “Safety Workers’ – General Part”, qualified as a workplace safety trainer pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 6 March 2013, is Maurizio Barbiero, an engineer who graduated with honours in safety engineering and works as a consultant and instructor in the field of occupational health and safety. He deals with risk assessments related to chemical, carcinogenic, biological, and physical agents, as well as with the design and development of educational materials for training activities in occupational health and safety.

(Sistema di Verifica Presenza); il sistema si attiva a intervalli non predeterminati e richiede un feedback del discente entro uno specifico termine di tempo per non dover visualizzare nuovamente il Modulo interessato.

The actual presence of the participant during the E-Learning Online Course “Safety Workers’ – General Part” is monitored via our S.V.P. system (Presence Verification System); this system, at random intervals, requires the participant to give a positive feedback within a certain period of time. If such a feedback isn’t provided, the participant will have to watch again, from the start, the video in progress.
